1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for services and products under certain conditions:
    • Services: If a service is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations made within 24 hours, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Process

  • For service refunds, you must provide proof of cancellation 24 hours before the service date.
  • For product refunds, you must provide proof of purchase and return the item to us in its original condition.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

3. Exceptions

  • Non-refundable items: Gift cards, downloadable content, and any personalized items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Late Returns: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products or services after the 30-day refund period.
